This is long overdue. While its current form may not be perfect the legislature needs to move faster to promote better cyber security. I do hope they pass some version sooner rather than later.

The goals set out in the president's directive are fine but it takes a realistic execution plan along with a budget allocation to begin.

Further, the enemy is creative and agile but the government's approach is characteristically bureaucratic.

As a result we will always be behind the agressors until we change our culture.
